Responsibilities
- Convert room inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate rates, availability, and guest details
- Maintain clean follow-up records
- Coordinate group rooming requirements and booking details for wedding and celebration stays.
Good fit
- Hotel rooms sales or reservations experience
- Clear English and Hindi communication
- Comfort with OTAs and direct booking calls
