The opportunity
Lead daily operations at the 177-room Samskara Pushkar resort, bringing rooms, guest service and wedding teams together.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate front office, housekeeping, F&B and support departments
- Resolve guest concerns and follow up daily operational issues
- Manage rosters, service standards and opening-readiness tasks
- Plan for group arrivals, room turnarounds and multiple wedding functions with the relevant department heads.
Good fit
- Experience managing hotel or resort operations
- Practical team leadership and guest-service judgement
- Comfort coordinating multiple departments and reporting progress
- Hands-on experience running a wedding-focused hotel or resort in Rajasthan is especially welcome.
