Responsibilities
- Plan preventive maintenance for electrical, plumbing, mechanical and utility systems
- Coordinate electricians, plumbers, vendors, and operations
- Coordinate pre-opening checks, commissioning and MEP handover; report pending issues
- Coordinate system checks and engineering readiness with operations before weddings and large group stays.
Good fit
- Hotel engineering leadership, with MEP and commissioning experience
- Hands-on problem solving with team control
- Clear reporting and vendor follow-up discipline
