Lead sales, pre-opening readiness and operations for the 177-room Samskara Pushkar resort, building teams for stays, weddings and celebrations.
Responsibilities
- Run pre-opening execution for a large resort launch
- Build operating rhythm across sales, front office, rooms, and support teams
- Report launch readiness, staffing gaps, and revenue priorities
- Coordinate wedding and group-stay readiness across rooms, kitchens, banquet service and support departments.
Good fit
- Strong resort or hotel pre-opening experience
- Commercial sense with operating control
- Comfort leading a high-volume property launch
- Experience at Rajasthan resorts with a busy wedding calendar is especially welcome.
